Personalized orders typically ship within 1–4 business days. Non-engraved items often ship sooner. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order departs.

Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after dispatch. Transit times are handled by the carrier and can vary due to weather, holidays, or volume surges.

Yes. Most international orders arrive within 2–6 weeks depending on destination and customs processing. Duties, VAT, and import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

We primarily ship via USPS for U.S. orders and partner carriers for international delivery. Once a package is handed off, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number. We’ll help start a carrier trace and discuss next steps.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually update the address. Once it’s in transit, changes aren’t guaranteed. Message us ASAP with your order number and the correct address.

Yes—USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses. Some expedited options may be unavailable for these addresses.

Most orders ship in one parcel. If your order includes items with different lead times (e.g., multiple engravings), we may ship separately to avoid delays. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

During peak seasons, processing and transit may extend beyond normal estimates. For gifts, we recommend ordering early and choosing faster shipping if available.

International customers are responsible for any import fees, VAT, or customs duties charged by their country. These are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.
